Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as electronic checks, certified checks and bank wires for our services with the exception of lead purchases. We only accept ACH, Bank Wires, Money Orders, Certified Checks or E-checks for lead purchases in both digital and live call formats because these items are non-returnable rendering them non-refundable.

Delivery

Terms of delivery vary and are dependent upon the nature of the services or products purchased. Proposals and service contracts will contain schedules and delivery time frames. Both will be agreed upon by Lead Generation Station and it’s customers prior to contract signing and or remuneration for products or services.

For physical products delivered by third party services such as UPS or US Post, we do not assume liability for their services but we do offer multiple shipping provider options, expedited shipping and shipping insurance to our customers through these providers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Design Services

This policy pertains to both website design and graphic design services. When you place an order for design services we typically collect 50% of the balance before beginning work as a “good faith” deposit and the remaining balance will be collected upon completion of the project.

We work with clients closely by providing numerous design examples to determine color schemes and design styles prior to starting your design project. This ensures that we are on the same page with clients before any design services are rendered. Design projects are non refundable once the project is started as outlined in your executed service contract. However, should you be displeased with the aesthetic or quality of the design we provide, we will conduct up to three revisions at your discretion and direction.

Design Projects that are delivered digitally or physically will not be released to clients until approved by the client in writing and their remaining balance is paid in full.

Lead Purchasing

We typically deliver leads in a digital format or sometimes as inbound calls. Due to the nature of delivery, these services can not be returned or refunded. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your lead purchase, please give us a call. We will provide replacement leads to ensure the quality of our products and the continuation of our business relationship.

Third Party Services

From time to time we act as a seller of services not provided directly by Lead Generation Station, i.e.; Television Advertisements, Outdoor Advertisements, etc.

In the instance that we are acting as a re-seller of a service, all terms and conditions of the third party provider will be clearly outlined in a separate service contract from that company prior to that service being provided. The terms and conditions for refunds, returns or cancellations may vary from our policies and any questions or concerns about third party contracts or policies should be expressed to the third party provider.

Recurring Services

Recurring services such as hosting, communications systems, customer relationship management software, etc., can be cancelled at any time. Your service will continue until the end date of your service contract. We can not prorate refunds for unused service days so your account will remain active and service will be cancelled on the end date of your agreement and will not be renewed.
