We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as certified checks and bank wires for our services with the exception of lead purchases. We only accept ACH, Bank Wires, Money Orders, Certified Checks or E-checks for lead purchases in both digital and live call formats because these items are non-returnable rendering them non-refundable.
Terms of delivery vary and are dependent upon the nature of the services or products purchased. Proposals, innvoices and service contracts will contain schedules and delivery time frames.
If you would like a demo of our available designs prior to purchase please give us a call 1-888-241-2145. Concept samples will be approved in written communications before the design process begins. If we cannot supply a design to your satisfaction we will be happy to refund your purchase in full within 14 days of your purchase date. Designs are non-refundable once the design concept has been approved by you and the process for design customization has begun.
We will conduct up to 3 revisions to your design to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Any further revisions, updates or maintenance to your website will be done at an additional hourly cost determined by the scope of work and quoted prior to commencement.
Due to the nature of delivery lead lists can only be purchased using certified funds or bank wire. We do not accept credit card payments for lead purchases because they are a digital product that cannot be returned. We do provide sample leads prior to purchase or replacement leads if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the data you purchased. When you add your lead purchase to our shopping cart it will not charge you, we will contact you with instructions for payment after you have completed your purchase.
From time to time we act as a seller of services not provided directly by Lead Generation Station, i.e.; Television Advertisements, Outdoor Advertisements, Phone Services, etc.
In the instance that we are acting as a re-seller of a service, all terms and conditions of the third party provider will be clearly outlined in your invoice prior to that service being provided. The terms and conditions for refunds, returns or cancellations may vary from our policies and any questions or concerns about third party contracts or policies should be expressed to the third party provider.
Recurring services such as website hosting, are billed on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time. Your service will continue until the end date of your service contract. We can not prorate refunds for unused service days so your account will remain active and service will be cancelled on the end date of your agreement and will not be renewed. Annual recurring payments will be billed as a “one time” payment and you will be issued a new bill prior to service end date for renewal.
In an effort to stop spammers from using software to complete forms or scrape date, Lead Generation Station collects the IP address and browser string of any respondent.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via form fill or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
